At La Goélette we wanted to offer our guests a breakfast that was completely different from what is on offer in most French B&Bs – you know: baguette, pains au chocolat, croissants and jams.
Our idea was a breakfast that would include the broadest choice of foods; from cereals, breads, meat, cheeses, fruits, all to accompany a selection of juices, coffee, chocolate and teas.
So, we started with a range of fresh produce that we would enjoy ourselves at home, then we added different seasonal items until we created our connoisseurs’ breakfast. |
